The Heat & Health Tracker provides timely, user-friendly, local-level heat and health data and information that can be used to: Inform decisions and public health actions, Describe and locate vulnerable populations, and Determine resources and potential needs. The CDC Heat & Health Tracker was developed by a collaboration between the CDC Climate and Health Program, which empowers communities to protect public health from a changing climate, and the CDC Environmental Public Health Tracking Program, which develops tools, applications, and products that utilize environmental health data for public health action.
